Responsibility
- Lead the development of CX strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and define CX goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement CX frameworks, processes, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Create and maintain customer journey maps, personas, and other CX-related artifacts to inform design decisions.
- Design and prototype CX solutions, including user interfaces, workflows, and interactions.
- Conduct usability testing and other forms of user research to validate and refine CX solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure CX solutions are integrated into existing systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging CX trends, technologies, and best practices.
Main duties
- Design Customer Experience Strategy for the different digital assets of the Bank
- Work closely with the digital business unit and IT teams towards defining a best-in-class customer experience for the internet and mobile based applications of the Bank.
- Work with the internal teams to improve experience of the internal applications used by the sales staff of the Bank with the aim of improving productivity and ease of doing business.
- Audit existing flows and blueprint development for new workflow experiences, identifying opportunities for improvement and experimentation.
- Design new touchpoints to evolve in-person and digital experiences.
- Translate aspects and components of the workflow experience to new channels and contexts.
- Create seamlessly integrated experiences across enterprise digital platforms.
Qualification
- You will have a minimum of 10 years of working in the domain of experience architecture.
- You will have a minimum of 5 years of architecture skills in end-to-end solutioning and technology architecture experience in the above-mentioned domain respectively.
- You should have been at the forefront of innovative domain led though leadership by proposing and delivering cutting edge transformation solutions.
- You should have business led thought leadership to conceptualize and articulate innovative solutions to business and technology teams.
- You should have a working knowledge of multiple tiers of technology stacks.
- You will be a certified SME on one CX technology UI/UX, Banking and CRM
- Very strong presentation skills, with excellent English communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
- Should be preferably a TOGAF Certified.
