Job Description-

  1. Job Title: Alliance and Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:

Alliance Strategy: Execute a comprehensive alliance and partnership strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.

Partner Identification: Identify potential partners, vendors, and technology alliances that can enhance the company’s product or service offerings.

Partner Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners to establish strong collaboration and mutual benefit.

Alliance Agreements: Negotiate and establish partnership agreements, contracts, and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) to formalize relationships.

Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor alliances to inform the company’s partnership strategies.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of alliance strategies.

Compliance and Legal: Ensure that all partnerships and agreements adhere to legal and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in alliance and partnership management, preferably in the IT industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

Skills:

Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align alliance and partnership activities with the company’s business goals.

Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship management and networking skills to foster strong partnerships.

Negotiation: Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with partners.
