- Job Title: Pre-Sales Civil and Electrical
Responsibilities:
Technical Solution Support: Assist in the development of technical solutions for civil and electrical projects by collaborating with senior pre-sales professionals and engineers.
Proposal Assistance: Support in the preparation of proposals and bid responses, including gathering technical information, cost estimations, and relevant documentation.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, technical specifications, and client needs.
Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications that align with project requirements and contribute to proposal development.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to provide insights for proposal enhancement.
Assist in Bid Management: Support the bid management process, including organizing documents, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication between teams.
Project Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and sales professionals, to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with client expectations.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Entry-level position, but internship or academic projects related to civil or electrical engineering would be a plus.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of civil and electrical engineering concepts and project requirements.
Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills for reviewing technical specifications and requirements.
Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles.
Software Skills: Familiarity with relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, is a plus.
Market Awareness: Interest in staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Personal Qualities:
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Experience:
This is an entry-level position, and prior work experience is not required, but any relevant internship or academic projects in civil or electrical engineering would be considered an advantage.
