- Job Title: Pre-Sales Professional for Urban Traffic Management and Enforcement System & Highway Traffic Management System
Responsibilities:
Solution Proposals: Lead the development of comprehensive proposals for urban traffic management and enforcement systems. This includes defining technical solutions, methodologies, and preparing persuasive proposal presentations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their traffic management and enforcement needs. Facilitate effective communication and alignment throughout the pre-sales process.
Complete Pre-Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end pre-sales cycle, including lead identification, qualification, and funnel management for urban traffic solutions.
Opportunity Planning: Strategically plan and oversee opportunities for urban traffic management and enforcement systems, both internally and externally, to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document detailed requirements for urban traffic solutions and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders and technical teams.
Market Research: Continuously monitor traffic management technology trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings to inform pre-sales strategies.
Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of urban traffic management and enforcement systems, including emerging technologies and their application.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 8 years in technology solution selling, with a specific focus on urban traffic management and enforcement systems and highway traffic management systems.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is preferred, and additional certifications in traffic management or related areas are advantageous.
Skills:
Traffic Management Expertise: Strong understanding of urban and highway traffic management systems, including technology, regulations, and best practices.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management, from planning to execution and monitoring.
Bid Management: Experience in crafting and managing bids for traffic management projects, including pricing strategies and market positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including traffic management experts, engineers, legal, and commercial teams.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of traffic management market trends, pricing models, and activation strategies.
Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of dedicated experience in pre-sales or consulting for urban traffic management and enforcement systems and highway traffic management systems.
Demonstrated success in solution selling and a comprehensive understanding of traffic management technologies and challenges.
