- Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced MDM Product Lead for IT Infrastructure –Technology & Solution. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, extensive experience, and confidence to manage PAN Bank MDM with large scale Mobility implementations across various platforms including Android, iOSand a proven technical expert for Enterprise Mobility Management with hands on expert on various MDM technologies viz Airwatch, Intune, etc |
Position Responsibilities

1 | (a) In-Charge ofMobile Device Management (b) Administration, configuration, and maintenance of MDM solution. Planning, designing, implementation, system integration and Engineering support for MDM (c) End to End Enterprise Cellular devices management. Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize mobile solution (d) Health Checks, MDM Management and Reporting, OEM call out, Technical Administration including corrective/adaptive/perfective maintenance and regular tool upgrade (g) Manging MDM user profiles and license management. Configuring compliance policies, security restrictions, Smart Group Management (h) Govern the MDM process, documentation,and knowledge base (I) Enhance Customer Service – Experience – Engagement – Professional & Personalised Service (j) MDM performance diagnostics, process improvements and OEM co-ordination for new requirement and troubleshooting (k) Conduct Self Audit – EWS, reduce discrepancies (l) SLA Adherence on each ticket related to MDM (m) Training and providing KT sessions to ground team (n) Review and analyseexisting trends to proactively mitigate MDM concerns (o) Understanding Business requirements, enhancements, feasibility check – transforminginto Solutions (p) Improvise Quality of Service (communication – Responsiveness – Support – Engagement) (q) Stakeholder management with all Resolver Groups (r) Greater overall compliance in supporting internal IT services as per Bank standards (s) Design, develop and implement Bank’s MDM strategy (t) Vendor Management – OEM/AMC vendor management (u) Develop, maintain, and communicate MDM standards, procedures and policies related Mobile device management. Ensure technical SOPs are created and maintained (2) Dashboards / Reports: (a) Publish Executive CIO/CTO dashboards around MDM Management (3) Audits: (a) Timely closure of all Audit points around MDM (b) Achieve Zero Major Audit Findings / Observations |
