- Position Purpose
| Working capital Finance Underwriting |
- Position Responsibilities
| Sr. | Key Responsibilities |
| 1 | To appraise or underwrite working capital facilities like Fund based facilities ( Cash Credit , Overdraft , WCDL,WCTL,TL ,FCTL, Export Packing Credit , Advance against Bills Receivable, Purchase Bills discounting , Sales Bill Discounting , LCBD) & Non Fund based facilities ( LC,BG,LOU/BC, Bill Collection etc ) within defined RBI Guidelines / Internal policy guidelines and accordingly take decisions or recommend for approval to appropriate authority |
| 2 | To conduct personal discussion with customer at their factory premises / Office to get clear idea / vision of the entrepreneur. |
| 3 | To Analysis Financial strength of the applicant customer with the help of their Audited Financials , Interim Performance etc. |
| 4 | To understand customer business/enterprise in depth and draw out the assessment peculiarities of the business or trade engaged in and also To assess the intention, business continuity & credit behaviour and verify it through non-traditional income documents & reference checks as well as from traditional income documents and various kinds of credit bureau checks. |
| 5 | To verify legal and technical reports and identify the risks or critical points impacting the proposal. Need to have cordial relationship with Vendors & Should have good property insight. |
| 6 | To analyse the audited / certified financials as the case may be & need to understand the Ratio Analysis in line of business / industry trends . |
| 7 | To prepare Credit Approval Memo, To ensure complete adherence to laid down policy and procedure / process, Liaise with sales team to proactively assess and resolve issues faced by client. |
| 8. | To Manage the entire credit application process right from origin till disbursement. |
| 9. | To Co-ordinate with Legal, Valuer and FI agency for processing the file & Managing the overall TAT. |
| 10 | To prepare and maintain MIS covering all aspects process and proposal and circulate to authorities on timely basis. |
| 11 | To Read Reports Like Churn in Cash Credit / Overdraft Monthly Report , Interest Not Funded Monthly Report , Stock & Book Debts statement Not Submitted report , Limit Due but not renewed report , Trade Overdue Monthly report, Cheque Return Monthly Report, PNPA report etc. |
| 12 | To do Exception/ Deferrals Management, Tracking of Loan Review Mechanism / Credit Audit Issue , Risk Base Supervision audit / Statutory Audit Early warning call / Watch List call. |
- Qualifications and Experience Requirement
| Qualifications | |
| Essential | Post Graduate / MBA in Finance / ICWA / CA |
| Candidate should have prior experience in assessing working capital assessment proposals & should have Trade Finance Background. | |
| Candidate should have sound knowledge of business environment of the specific region, mortgage and related matters. Should be able to articulate the legal and valuation reports, financial statement analysis, sound CAM writing skills, understanding of KYC and related regulatory guidelines, conversant with word and excel. | |
