  1. Position Purpose
The Product Manager is responsible to drive initiatives, that help in achieving the stated strategic objectives of BBG unit. This position will work with function like sales, credit, and operations across BBG to ensure that goals defined for BBG are delivered as per expectations. As product manager BBG, the main role will be to manage and execute product linked key performance matrix, regulatory reporting, ensure compliance, maintaining portfolio hygiene, initiate client communications, drive process and system changes in line with regulatory / business requirements for BBG department
  • Position Responsibilities
Sr.Key Responsibilities
1Manage day to day functioning of Product aspects for Business Banking Group (BBG).
2Manage all regulatory, compliance reporting in time for BBG
3Prepare and publish dashboards, reports, mis of key matrix on BBG business regularly to all stakeholders. Ensure review of portfolio at regular intervals and appropriate reporting.
4Work with the functions such as Operations, Policy, Credit, Legal, Compliance teams in developing and executing the product related aspects such as processes, regulatory compliance, product kits, risk policy review etc.
5Run client communication through mediums like – Online, SMS, Email etc. for all working capital facility related information, any changes in product for all and develop acquisition focused marketing programs for cross selling Working Capital products on the banks existing client base.
6Develop go-to-market strategy, in conjunction with the BBG Sales team for Implementation of the marketing and Incentive plans
7Responsible for the development of all customer requirement understanding such as generate market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, markets investigation etc.
8Review and suggest cost saving measures to be within budgets on the Product P&L
9Develop and execute all product related information by streamline the data flow concerns if any in all the products handled.
  • Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
EssentialPostgraduate from a known institute
PreferredManagement Graduate / CA
Experience
EssentialMinimum 4-5  years of experience in banking (preferably assets). Understanding of the banking environment for asset products.  
PreferredExperience in product management role. Prior experience in functions related to asset products (business/ policy/ credit etc.)
