  1. Position Purpose
This position will be responsible for being a single point contact with the business, operations , technology and vendors on all matters/new requirement/existing system maintenance. As a part of BSG, one is supposed to deliver project from end to end, beginning from requirement consolidation to pilot phase to post go-live support. The role intrinsically requires problem solving ability with strong emphasis on management front (planning project/stakeholder management etc.)  
  • Position Responsibilities
Sr.Key Responsibilities
1Provide system solutions to the Credit/ Risk / Credit Administration/ Payments / Operationsteam on their software and system requirements
2Analyze impact of proposed solution, contribute to Business and process reviews during design reviews
3Coordinate with Technology partner, vendor, business, risk and operations teams
4Be part of evaluation teams for various 3rd party tools and systems that may be adopted (to attend vendor demos, etc., and provide technical commentary)
5Collect/ study business requirements, document the requirements (use case diagrams/ context diagrams, etc.), ability to conduct user meetings/workshops, analyze the existing systems and elicit requirements
6Support the project manager for other enterprise level changes / enhancements on Risk Applications / procuring new systems
7Ensure quality testing and proper user training. Ensure that the solutions deployed are robust scalable and no performance issues post deployment.
8Manage any critical issues that may come up in the day to day working. Test plan preparation, facilitate/review test scenarios and case covering functional flows with the testing team
9Manage the system functionality implementation end to end including the accounting part
10Close Monitoring and coordinating with internal Audit team and development (internal or external) team for timely closure of open audit points.
11Will act as SPOC for all Adhoc requirements pertaining to Hardware, Infra etc., for managed applications
  • Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
EssentialCA / MBA Finance / Certification or diploma in Credit and Market Risk Management from a recognised InstitutionShould have hands on experience on MSSQL/OracleSQLShould have inclination to understand technology  and willingness to learnGood fluency in English (both verbal and written)Strong Ability to grasp and understand new concepts
Experience
Essential2-5 years of Experience in Enterprise Risk Management Applicationsor Payments domain (Aadhaar/IMPS/UPI/Remittance) or Operations and various applications2-5 years of experience as a business analyst catering to the needs of Risk/ Payments/Operations teams and having implemented/supported software/Tools  used for Credit and Risk departments like EWS systems, rating engines, LOS, Enterprise Risk Management solutions, payment solutions, credit admin/ops solutions, etc.Understanding of Indian regulatory requirements on Credit risk, Market risk, Operational Risk, VaR, fund transfer pricing, Capital Computation, Credit Rating, etc.Understanding of regulatory returns of Banking Sector for RiskExperience in implementing and managing risk in banking particularly providing IT solutions and consultingLiaise with Business/Risk teams, provide implementation strategies and seek sign-offShould be comfortable with the International risk management processes and norms which includes RBI regulations on risk management, Basel guidelines, all banking laws, regulations, policies and procedures
