- A. Position Purpose
| This position will be responsible for providing the end to end solution for partner integration and onboarding journey starting from requirement to implementation. Good in Impact analysis, identifying impacted system process, design the functional & technical solution for Credit Cards IT on the various developments, Business and digital initiatives. He/She should able to manage Cards Solution and Integration between core system and channels. |
| Position Responsibilities Sr. | Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform) |
| 1 | Manage the end to end implementation of new system functionality, including Requirement Analysis, Solution design, Project management, Process setup and handover |
| 2 | Be the contact for the Credit cards business team for any system related consultancy and support |
| 3 | Coordinate with Technology partners/vendors, operations and call centre teams for gathering requirements and getting it developed or suggest work around solutions to meet the same |
| 4 | Ensure that the existing system capabilities are fully exploited and the requirements met through parameters changes rather than opting for code changes |
| 5 | Understand current process to optimize the existing solution thus achieving improved efficiency |
| 6 | Devise solutions for process automation to ensure minimal manual and monitored intervention occurs |
| 7 | Ensure solutions and processes are well documented and signed off through interdisciplinary interactions |
| 8 | Ensure quality testing and proper user training |
| 9 | Vendor Management |
| 10 | End to project delivery |

| Technical/Functional | Candidates should have below skillset: 1) API design and solution 2) Partner & Channel Integration 3) Experience in API, SDK, Middleware technology like ESB, NodeJS 4) API hosting and subscription in APIGEE/Datapower 5) Credit Card onboarding and Integration. E.g. KYC, NSDL, CIBIL, VKYC, DMS, Third party application, bank Internal apps, etc. |
