- Position Purpose:
| The position is part of the informationtechnologyteam and will take part in the digital channel strategy. We are looking for a strong candidate with around5-10 years of experience in infrastructure project management. Experience of working in the BFSI sector is preferred. |
- Position Responsibilities:
| Sr. | Key Responsibilities |
| 1 | Understandthe digital channels being used in the bank – website/ mobile apps/ ATM channels and be up to date on the projects and CR’s being delivered in respect of the application portfolio being assigned for the purpose of Infra related requirements |
| 2 | Review and analyze system specifications for new/ existing infrastructure related requirements and changes |
| 3 | Directing infrastructure for existing and new projects, defining tasks and timelines, coordinating across departments, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery. |
| 4 | Good knowledge on hardware, software, network, data storage, VM’s, cloud etc and system integration processes |
| 5 | DC/ DR related activitiesfor applications assigned [Disaster Recovery ] |
| 6 | Provide UAT support, go-live support and post production support for new application infrastructure |
| 7 | Maintain up to date documentation and network diagrams with respect to application infrastructure |
| 8 | Help in closure of VAPT [Vulnerability Acceptance, performance testing] and Information security related points related to application Infrastructure |
| 9 | Track daily monitoring reports for database and application response timesand take action by co-ordinating with Infra teams within the bank – linux/server/middleware/databaseetc wherever response time/ downtime crosses acceptable thresholds |
| 10 | Additional activities as required from time to time for the purpose of project management |
