Position Purpose

Responsible for a full range of activities in Liabilities Product role viz. Financial Performance, Risk Management and Profitability.

Increase range of products for Crossell through Bank and Business Correspondent Channel. Ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit

End-to-End Business Product Management for Bank and Business Correspondents with ownership of processes related to Bank Vision, Strategy, Performance Excellence, Service Excellence, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, Cost Management, Operational Risks, IT, Business Correspondent Channels, and Efficiency improvement for Collections and Business.

Deliver straight through solutions for process improvements.

Manage regulations related to Liabilities product through automations and effective controls.

Position Responsibilities

  • Design, develop end to end product effectively suitable for the Business and Customer Segment.
  • Functional expertise to understand end to end Liabilities product processes and implement solutions for Business improvement.
  • Design simplified processes for Liabilities product management through Business partners and solution end to end functional operations effectively.
  • Review Cost Control measures for the Business and implement effective solutions and processes for Internal bank and partners/vendors.
  • Manage and own tech developments with IT independently.
  • Cross functional coordination and BC partner management.
  • Partnership management efficiently and review commissions and payout related to Business and work aggressively on business development, promotion and building profitability of the product.
  • Introducing and keeping the business measurements and preparing data reports and dashboards.
  • Making processes effective and efficient by continuous improvement.
  • Design workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
  • Review and design product end to end process journeys for Business efficiency.
  • Regulatory reporting and process controls for Financial Inclusion products
  • Crossell and Business Development initiatives through Digital processes
  • To build and manage business flow. E.g. Leads, Tracking mechanism, initiatives etc.
  • Manage end to end regulatory reporting for the business and automate reports.
  • Management of Priority Sector Lending norms and processes for the Business segment.
  • Formulation of Standard Operating Procedures and ongoing monitoring through Standard Measurement Systems & Controls to ensure Continuous Improvement.
  • Ability to bridge technology and business goal to provide productive solutions to the required stake holders.
  • Capability to re-engineer and redefine processes.
  • Experienced in interfacing with key business units including Product, Operations, Vendor Management and Technology Research.
  • Excellent communicator with emphasis on building strong relationships of IT and Operations personnel.
  • Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to emerging technologies.
  1. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Qualifications

Essential

MBA and/or CA or Graduate with additional relevant experience

Experience

 EssentialMin. 8 years with at least 5 years in Banking and Product Role 
 PreferredExperience in Bank Product Role & IT Improvements 
  Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills 
  Ideally prior experience working for a Fintech, Consultancy or a Bank. 
  Background in Banking Product role with expertise in Business Analytical functions 
  Ability to structure, plan and execute products covering various business areas
