Job Description-:

Job Title	Head – IT Governance
Department	Technology & Solutions

Reporting To	Head – IT GRC

Position Purpose

In this role, the person is responsible for ensuring that the Governance Framework is adhered to, the required TOR is getting addressed. S/he would be responsible for also ensuring Vendor Governance in line with IT Outsourcing Policy.

1. KEY Position Responsibilities

Sr.	Key Responsibilities
1	Ensuring adherence to IT Governance Framework and TOR
2	Preparation of Presentation post taking inputs from various stakeholders
3	Preparation and Approval of Minutes of the Meeting
4	Tracking of Actionable (ATR) to closure
5	Review of Open ATR
6	Tracking of TOR compliance
7	Vendor Performance Review, Due diligence, and Risk Assessment.
8	Actively participate during Contract Review, Approval and Renewal process
9	Ensuring SOW and SLA are in place for all vendors
10	Ensuring Vendor categorization as per IT Outsourcing Policy
11	Tracking of IT Outsourcing activities and ensuring same is inline IT Outsourcing policy
12	Ensuring end to end compliance to IT Policy and SOPs

• Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications
Essential	MBA
Preferred
Essential	Minimum 12-15 years management experience in the IT field and 3-4 years of experience in Governance and/or Vendor Governance
