Position – Mobility Manager

Grade:  Manager

Location – Mumbai

Job Description

1. Position Purpose

The position will be responsible for being a single point of contact with the business, operations, and technology on all matters/new requirements / existing systems maintenance and for providing the functional/technical assistance in the Mobility space and specific mobile banking apps enhancement in the mobile banking app of Bank

• Position Responsibilities

Sr.	Key Responsibilities
1	The person should have experience in Business Process Flow, Software development life cycle, and Project Management.
2	Will be responsible for Project activities like conceptualization, testing and maintenance of the project ( Mobile Apps like Liability, Credit Cards, Loans apps, Ecommerce Apps, Mobile Wallet, Gaming App)
3	Will be responsible for writing BRD’s FSD’s, test cases.
4	Will be supporting the project manager for other enterprise-level changes/enhancements on the platform
5	Should have worked for at least one leading Pvt Bank in the Mobility space
6	Should ensure quality testing and proper user training
7	Should manage critical issues that may come up

• Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications
Essential	Functional: B.Com/ICWA/CA/MBA(reputed institute)/ Technical:B.Sc/BE/GNIIT from NIIT/Diploma in Software
Experience
Essential	3-5 years of experience on Mobile App products preferably3-4 years of experience as a business analyst or operation user understanding market practices in the digital and Mobile space should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities and training Should have good knowledge of products and functions of Mobile usersShould have experience in Business Process Flow, Software development life cycle and Project Management. Should have experience in Project activities like conceptualization, testing, and maintenance of the project.Should have experience and hands-on working knowledge on any / but not restricted to the below: Liability App Credit Cards App Loans appsEcommerce AppsGaming AppMobile Wallet   Should have experience in writing BRD’s FSD’s, test cases.Should have worked for at least one leading Pvt Bank in the Mobility space
