- Position Purpose
| This is business facing technology management role. Managing technology engagements, application management and projects for Wealth business. |
- Position Responsibilities
| Sr. | Key Responsibilities |
| 1 | Work closely with business and operations teams to understandbusiness requirements and translate them into functional requirements, complete documentation, obtain sign off and provide clarity to vendors for delivery. |
| 2 | Manage requirement artifacts development, seek approvals and drive implementation of project meeting quality standards for delivery. |
| 3 | Coordinate with stakeholders like users, QA teams, Infosec and infrastructure teams to manage the end to end delivery of projects and requirements. |
| 4 | Provide functional inputs for changes required in wealth management applications |
| 5 | Play a role in evaluation of platforms from a technology stack and deployment architecture perspective for new applications to be implemented or existing applications to be upgraded. |
| 6 | Coordinate with infrastructure and infosec teams to get necessary prerequisites in place for release of patches / application installation / upgrades. |
| 7 | Keep a track of integrations of wealth applications and maintain the integration specification documents. |
| 8 | Handle requirements to meet regulatory & compliance changes, information security requirements. |
| 9 | Contribute to UAT testing and implementation. Support UAT as needed, including assisting in Test planning and participating in defect triage/ reviews to ensure the end solution meets requirements and user needs. |

| Essential | 7 to 12Yrs Graduate minimum, PG or Management graduate preferred |
| Experience | |
| Essential | Experience in a technology manager role managing applications deployed over cloud and on premise.Good understanding of technology stack – web server, app server and databases.Understanding of integrations, APIs and middleware basics.Exposure to information security and compliance requirements.Domain knowledge in Mutual Funds, RTA, AMC, NPSKnowledge/Experience on other Wealth Products like Direct Equity / PMS / Bonds and InsuranceKnowledge of depository regulation and processesAbility to manage stakeholders and good documentation skillsEfficient follow up skills required for coordinating with Internal teams and Vendors to deliver functional requirements. |
