Reporting To	Product Manager – TASC

1. Position Purpose

Manage the execution of strategy for growth & profitability of the TASC Book Equipping the business team with insights on book/portfolio behaviour with necessary data support Management of key projects under TASC Support the front end team with enablers to enhance / increase TASC acquisition & book value

Position Responsibilities

1.	Product Development: Identification of banking needs within TASC segment through competition analysis (primary & secondary research) Develop offering based on feedback from Branch / Channel for potential segments/regions keeping in mind ideal product mix required Customisation requests handling basis requirement from front end subject to profitability & commitment from client Plan for central campaigns / activities / bundling of services for TASC acquisition – Explore and drive value added products like: CMS, API, Partner offerings, etc. in sub-segments within TASC
2.	Process / Product Management: Implement enhancements in product portfolio in line with present value offering (product, pricing, schedule of charges and packaging) Review processes suggest improvements resulting into TAT / Cost reduction and better customer service / experience Relationship management with all stake holders for putting up the requirements in place – BSG, Operations, Cost Teams, Audit, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, etc.Plan and design R&R (Rewards & Recognition) contests for TASC product to ensure business push – Product Training – Channels, Branches – Classroom / Knowledge Series / FAQs, etc.
3.	Product Profitability / Fee Income: Periodical review of Product Profitability Customised accounts profitability review – for tracking commitment Fee Income – Monitor & review growth in fee income through X-Sell & Partner offering service
4.	Product / Process Compliance: Ensuring the product offerings / campaigns are in line with regulatory guidelines i.e. product features, charges, services, etc. are in accordance Ensure new product design adhere to all internal processes and procedures of the bank Coordinate with the Process, Branch Banking, Channel, Compliance, Risk for Audit & Compliance related parameters and their fulfilment related to TASC product

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Technical Skills	Working knowledge on MS Office
Knowledge	Knowledge & understanding on Retail Banking Products
