- Position Purpose
| As a Product Manager, the candidate will lead the digital product roadmap for Cards (virtual, credit cards) and retail consumer finance on RBL Bank’s digital platform. An important part of the Digital Banking team, the candidate will manage the entire Credit Cards platform, define customer journeys, drive launch of innovative solutions with strong capability to scale up performance metrics based on data driven insights. |
Position Responsibilities

| Lead product innovation and management having deep understanding of Credit Card business and customer behavioural patterns | |
| Design and execute strategies for growth of cards business including activation, increased usage and robust portfolio build up | |
| Built Strategic Alliance Partnerships with e-commerce players, multiple affiliate partners, price comparison platforms, neo-banking partners to drive card sales | |
| Ability to establish engaging partnerships and alliances for offers, rewards and loyalty programs | |
| Drive campaigns and promotions (EMI/Cashback), new product launches and initiatives resulting in higher customer acquisition via digital platforms | |
| P&L Management tracking product performance with requisite portfolio actions |
- Qualifications and Experience Requirement
| Qualifications | |
| Essential | MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college BE / B.Tech from Tier 1/ Tier 2 college |
| Work Experience | |
| Essential | 3-5 years of product management in Banks Prior experience in Credit Cards/Debit Cards |
