  1. Position Purpose
Portfolio Manager – Current Account

Position Responsibilities

Sr.Key Responsibilities(Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)
1Portfolio Manager Responsible to drive current account Portfolio development and Portfolio penetration for RBL bank Pan India.Launch programs and campaigns across channels to increase wallet share from customers and improve liability growth.Drive repeat transactions and become the default payment mode through direct to customer campaignsIn-depth analysis on various parameters such as Dormant and inactive accounts.Increasing Product penetration, digital activation, portfolio stratification on balance bucketingPortfolio Management through driving product holding and increasing wallet share through CMS, TFx, POS, Cards & Working Capital products, improve profitability by driving continuous transaction activation & client engagement Collaborate with senior management of various business units to drive common organizational level key objectives Engagement with Internal partners to Align to the Overall Banks StrategyTraining – Channels, Branches – classroom / Knowledge series / query resolution Work closely with MIS to identify/resolve concerns and also for setting up of new MIS reports or to modify existing reportsDesign, execute & implement Customer Feedback Programs – incorporate feedback, develop Product Projections Customize offers and track performance of these offerings periodically  
2Product Profitability / Fee Income Periodical review of Product ProfitabilityFee Income – Monitor & review growth in fee income vis-à-vis targets Periodical monitoring and review of Interest expense
