Job Description
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Provide input, research, market mapping and design roadmaps for new strategic and channel partnerships
- Conceptualize and execute on monetization strategies with partners
- Responsible for revenue growth and creating revenue as well as cost optimization forecasts in conjunction with the leadership team
- Build and execute on a plan to elevate our partnerships and build a robust opportunity pipeline. The partnerships involve collaborating on GTM, product, technology and marketing
- Scale partnerships and build processes to grow the existing pipeline, innovate with GTM, market jointly with the mapped partners
- Drive product requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts
- Scale impactful partnerships and build a cross-functional view of the organization across sales, marketing, product and customer/partner success (including business teams, product management, technology, compliance and operations departments)
- Build, pitch & close new deal making activity, strike strategic partnerships to support our growth and identify product expansion avenues for other banking products
- Identifying high impact strategic opportunities, building up a roadmap to pursue them and drive execution from sourcing to legal signing and operationalization
- Drive book growth, revenue growth, portfolio quality tracking and monitoring
- Ensure partner requirements are taken up with technology (BRD creation), compliance, legal, risk and other stakeholders
- Build comprehensive business controls to ensure zero regulatory deviations/audit observations
Skills
- Ability to self-manage your priorities and deliverables while working in a fast-paced, startup style environment
- Ability to discuss technology requirements and solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups including CXOs on both technical and non-technical matters.
- Candidate’s knowledge of technology / banking combined with communication skills and analytical abilities shapes our business partnerships with financial institutions, credit bureaus etc.
- Comfortable and knowledgeable about technology stacks and understanding of the fintech landscape along with good deal-making/negotiation skills
- Build, nurture and manage complex technology led partnerships to achieve business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously
- Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, structured problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Must be willing to work in a high growth and fluid work environment
Qualifications
- B.Tech. / B.E. – Computer Science
- API Banking exposure is a must
- MBA – Finance / Marketing (desirable)
