| Key Accountabilities | • To provide risk assessment and risk mitigating strategies related to large Project Finance / large Term Loans proposals. • To interact with the Relationship Managers to assess the main risks and propose mitigants. • Review of financial models, term sheet, key Project documents (Concession Agreement, O&M Agreement, EPC Contracts etc) • To have knowledge of infrastructure projects like Road.CGD, Airport and have good understanding of key factors critical to infrastrucutre projects. • To convey a clear opinion regarding the feasibility of the proposed transaction, from a risk point of view covering business model, industry risk, structure and financial risk. • Conduct periodic site visits in coordination with the responsible RM. • Monitoring of existing project loans, reviews project reports. |
