This position will serve as a business face-off to Human Resources function and serve as strategic interface to solving business problems using technology. |
Position Responsibilities
Sr. | Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform) |
1 | Project Manager has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional area (Human Resources in this case) for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. |
2 | Project Manager provides support in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the business, and focuses on strategic initiatives and planning activities for their business area. |
3 | He/She communicates decision, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and projects and initiatives. |
4 | He/She collaborates with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify, and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, regulatory). |
5 | He/She proactively serves as a “trusted advisor,” and is the primary IT point of contact to business line executives and managers. |
6 | He/She operates as key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services, and capabilities. |
7 | Implement continuous improvement as per HCM Strategies and Goals.Partner with key Business stakeholders and provide on- going Technical Support to business user |
