 Job Description-:

1. Structured Debt (Corporate Structured Products)
   1. About the Team – Structured debt provides tailor made wholesale debt financing solution to varied corporates / promoter/founders of such corporates. We provide solutions to large conglomerates as well as mid market corporates/promoters with typical deal size is 40 cr to 400 cr (we do larger deals as well). It is a sector agnostic team (except real estate developer funding). Typical deal would involve financing M&A/leverage buyouts
   1. Brief Job Description – Deal lead
      1. Sourcing deals
      1. Industry, Business & Financial analysis to develop investment thesis
      1. Taking lead on client negotiations & closure as well as internal approvals (In principle approvals are lead by business lead while detailed credit note drafted is done by risk team)
      1.  Taking lead on deal execution while working with cross functional team – Seso (documentation), legal, compliance, risk etc
      1. Stakeholder management
   1. Key candidates requirement
      1. 4-8 years of relevant experience with atleast 2 years of relevant experience in structured / wholesale debt
      1. Tier 1 MBA.
      1. B.Tech preferred but not compulsory
