Job Description:

  1. Venture Debt – Promoters Funding
    1. About the Team – Venture Debt provides long term venture debt funding to startups across sectors.
    1. Brief Job Description – Deal lead
      1. Sourcing deals
      1. Industry, Business & Financial analysis to develop investment thesis
      1. Taking lead on client negotiations & closure as well as internal approvals (In principle approvals are lead by business lead while detailed credit note drafted is done by risk team)
      1.  Taking lead on deal execution while working with cross functional team – SESO (documentation), legal, compliance, risk etc
      1. Stakeholder management
    1. Key candidates requirement
      1. 4-8 years of relevant experience with atleast 2 years of relevant experience in venture debt / startup debt funding / structured / wholesale debt/Private Equity
      1. Tier 1 MBA.
      1. B.Tech preferred but not compulsory
    1. Location – Mumbai
    1. Levels – M6
    1. Salary – as per market
    1. Coverage – Pan India
