Job Description of SDA - Salary
Reports to: Branch Manager
Brief Description:
SDA Salary will be there in branches with large salary book he/ she will be responsible for sales, service and cross sell to assigned Salary corporate/ customers, will manage the relationship of the salary segment customer of the branch, enhance relationships of existing Salary customers and generation of leads for liabilities, assets and investment products by providing information and Cross sell of fee Based products to existing Salary Customers. Sales credit to SDA salary will only be when the product is sold to a salary corporate or customer.
Key Job Responsibilities of SDA- Customer Service
Business Deliverables:
· Product Holding Ratio, channel Enrolment and Data Quality: As per assigned benchmarks
· ERV and NTB growth as per targets set
· Achieve overall deposits growth
· Achieve overall Salary Upload Growth
· Achieve fee revenue (LI, GI, TFX, Assets, MF, upsell debit card, credit cards etc.)
· Corporate level sales such as current account/ GMC etc. to corporate clients.
· Quality parameters i.e. salary credit, high variant accounts etc.
· Arranging corporate activities each month basis the category of the corporate.
Customer Services:
· Service Delivery & Excellence : Ensuring service delivery as per the established benchmarks on TAT and complaint management
· Ensure quality customer service is delivered disseminating required product information
· Recording complaints of Salary corporate or customers as per the specified process and resolving all complaints received from customers within the stipulated TAT’s
· Ensure appropriate customer communication on closures
· Preventive complaint management, asking for feedback from customers, who may not be complaining Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same
· Manage and resolve issue pertaining to salary credit including salary credit through CIB/ CMS.
· Increase penetration of use of CIB of corporates empaneled for Salary Upload
· Moving salary credit to CIB or CMS. 100% customers with current account should use any of the aforementioned channel.
Portfolio Management
· Candidate will be responsible to manage Salary Customer Portfolio of the branch.
· Ensuring that customers make RBL their primary bank
Ø Knowing about where all the customer is currently banking and moving him to our Bank
Ø Ensuring that customer scoping is done and products are targeted accordingly
Ø Sales to customer’s family members and associates
Ø Relationship enhancement by cross selling other bank products.
Ø Regular customer contact to establish needs of the customer and opportunities to cross-sell
· Meet the Performance Score Card
· Achieving of portfolio level benchmarks of contactibility, Engagement,Product Cross, channel Activation
Achievement of income plans and other benchmarks
· Ensure that business plans for the month/quarter/year are duly met across products
· Service benchmarks are met
Education:
Graduation must (min. score of 50%)
