This role directs the timely delivery of complex high quality deliverables of Process and Portfolio Controls.
This role manages and delivers the plan for the Digital Bank and responsible for managing the core processes (e.g. Controls, Functionality test, Process Lapses, Monitoring Controls, Compliances &Regulatory Audits)
JD:
- Envisage the digital KYC journey’s across all products in the Bank.
- Liaising with various teams to integrate the one KYC journey.
- Liaise with tech team to roll-out new journeys and regulatory enhancements
- Defining the digital KYC framework
- Closely work with Digital Banking Product team for Compliance related issues.
- Provide timely and prompt support to Vigilance/ AML/ Compliance teams for investigations.
- Be Cognizant of trends in Banking domain and its changes in Digital Banking era.
- Having Product/Controls background with an Banking experience is mandatory
- Identify Lapses in the process, have a 360-degree assessment on the Product Construct and highlight the Improvement areas.
- Excel skills are mandatory as the role requires data sanity and analytics.

| Minimum 10-12years in Product/Controls role with proven abilities in taking responsibility for execution in defined timelinesKnowledge regarding technology application control disciplinesExperience on banking applications like Finacle and banking environment will be an added advantage. |
