Job Description 

Position Summary

Role                                                     :Tech Lead – Digital Alliances

Reporting to                                        :Head – Technology & Digital Initiatives

Place of Posting                                  : Mumbai

Geographical Remit                            : PAN India

Job Purpose

Technical onboarding of digital platforms/ aggregators, emerging ecosystem players & other innovative channels

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive the enterprise wide digital alliance technical program and its implementation
  • Effective project/ program management aligning with business objectives
  • Define and improve the architecture of the digital alliance technology landscape 
  • Ensure technology compliance by adhering guidelines from InfoSec, RBI & Industry best practices
  • Application maintenance, enhancement & support as per defined SLA 
  • Effective change management and prioritization aligning with business objectives
  • Maintaining a competitive advantage and leveraging the Digital Ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with partners in ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Support evolving business needs and propose sound solutions
  • Establish technology standards and support digital businesses by new product development and existing product enhancements. 
  • Own and direct the architecture, implementation and execution of an enterprise-wide digital landscape set up
  • Work closely with Technology Head/ CTO on IT planning and budget to achieve strategic business goals. 
  • Ensure technology related issues are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Develop and build capabilities in team by upgrading and reorganizing talent as required. 

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Technology function
  • Experience in the Financial Services sector – NBFC preferred
  • Hands on experience in implementing IT Digital projects, payment gateways etc. and providing

technology support for new lines of digital businesses

  • Strong technology experience in web technologies, mobile technologies, cloud technologies, microservices, Devops
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies(AWS preferred)
  • Strong project management skills, team building, Analytical skills
  • Hands on experience in Java/ .Net, Spring Boot, React, Laravel, Node JS, RDBMS (MySql/ MsSql/ Oracle), No SQL DB

Required Qualification

 

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree (Computer Science or Information Technology)
