Position | Technical Architect – Alliances (Digital Transformation Team) |

Reporting to | Head – Digital Transformation |
Objective | Execute the digital initiatives for Avanse and responsible for Digital, Social & Mobility Innovation as a culture & using innovation as a strategic differentiator to gain leadership position in chosen markets. She/he is expected to play an instrumental role in scaling up and transforming the organization to achieve business goals and operational excellence. |
Specific Responsibilities | |
Process and Technology standardization | |
Digitization of existing business processes- backend operations and technology | |
Deliver a suitably differentiated customer experience in line with the brand promise across all channels of interaction | |
Develop strong understanding of the target customer segments and “design” the experience & journey for these customers | |
Enable the channels (digital and physical) through technology | |
Process and organisational changes to deliver a seamless and desired customer experience for all digital products and all transactions interactions | |
Continuously track digital innovations in the relevant space and work out suitable strategies to bring on board suitable innovations organically or inorganically as suitable | |
Nurture and grow the pipeline of Digital Talent | |
Monitor operational performance and ensure quality of service delivery | |
Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity & define & manage quality & productivity enhancement measures | |
Project Delivery and Ownership | |

APPLICANT PROFILE
Experience | 8-10 Years |
Technical Competencies / Skills | Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager · Hands-on experience with software development and system administration · Understanding of strategic IT solutions · Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA) · Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. JavaScript, Java) · Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL) API Management, Integrations with multiple partners, worked on ESB, JSON / XML management |
Personal Attributes | Ability to work Independently Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with team members and senior staff of the organization.Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines.Good Communication Skills |
Formal Qualifications | Any Graduation in IT, MBA, BE. |
