Position  :-  Vice President–Infosec

Location:-   Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Create an agile and adaptive organization, ready to explore and conquer new sectors, new technologies, new business models and new geographies.
2. Build a culture driven organization and constantly enable a clear communication flow so that finer strategic decisions integrate and serve the larger vision.
3. Assemble and manage high-performance teams, for high complexity programs and projects, creating a collaborative environment and executing with a sense of urgency.
4. Use influencing abilities to drive evolution and promote operational excellence and evidencing best practices.
5. Lead boldly and utilize hard and soft skills to influence participants of all levels towards the common goal. Articulate clear roles and responsibilities for all personnel.
6. Successfully enable Cyber Security activities by providing niche cyber consultancy and Infosec advisory services and position ‘Protean InfoSec’ as a preferred Cyber Security Partner for customers in India and abroad.
7. Define a strong vision for the organization, product/ services roadmap, prioritize and launch market offerings in line with the market demands.
8. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure desired results which are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
9. Identify inorganic growth opportunities to accelerate business through Strategic Investments, M&A etc.

Revenue & Productivity Mapping

• Managing partnerships / arrangement for sharing profits or losses or for any union of interest, joint venture, reciprocal concession to carry on or engage in, any business or transactions which is authorized to carry on or engage in or in any business or transaction capable of being conducted so as directly or indirectly to benefit the Company
• Onboarding of new clients to work towards business priorities of Protean Infosec and deliver desired revenues

Organization Strategy & Operations

• Define goals and target from different business units identifying revenue generation and operations delivery
• Partner / On board new clients and create brand positions to be a leader in Cybersecurity in market
• Development of new business delivery plans and strategies to maximize revenue and increase market presence
• Identify inorganic growth opportunities to accelerate business through Strategic Investments, M&A etc.

Team Building & Management

• Ensure in-depth knowledge and use cases of company’s offerings
• Build a strong teams and capabilities to ensure a leadership pipeline for future

Experience & Qualifications

• BE/B Tech/ M Tech/PG(MBA). Any Cyber Security Certifications/Risk Management/ Security Audit Certifications
• Experienced in managing/heading organizations for in-house Information Security Management & Implementation of Security and Cyber Security
• Experienced in developing and heading mid – sized Cyber/ Information Security consulting organization
• Exposure in Security Architecture, Governance Risk & Compliance and Cyber Security Audits/Assessments
• Exposure in consulting projects deliverables
• Collaborative and effective stakeholder management

Management and leadership capabilities

• Strong passion for delivering external projects through consulting and build a competitive branch position of Protean InfoSec in market as a preferred Cyber Security partner.
• Build a sustainable organization by leading organization operations and meet business revenue goals.
• Develop strategy for implementation of frameworks of cyber security architecture.
• Ability to lead and develop the team with a natural disposition to coach and mentor employees
