| We required Finacle Support resources for handling Finacle 10.x and Finacle 11.x version. |
Position Responsibilities
| Sr. | Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform) |
| 1 | Support of all Finacle modules related issues |
| 2 | Monitoring and analyzing on Finacle EOD-BOD issues. Optimization of same with corrective steps preparation. |
| 3 | Handling incident calls related Finacle. |
| 4 | Testing in Finacle as and when required. |

| Qualifications | |
| Essential | Graduate/postgraduate |
| Essential | 2yr to 15yrs as per designation slot given above |
| Skill | Attribute |
| Technical & Functional | a) Should be good in Finacle EOD-BOD (10.x version). b) Should have good knowledge on Finacle architecture. c) Should be good in Finacle Modules. • Liabilities • Asset • FI and C24 • Trade finance • General Banking • CRM d) Should have expertise • PL/SQL • Shell scripting. • Java e) Good to have:- • DevOps knowledge • Python • Kubernetes and OCP. |
