Job Description 

Position Summary

Role                                       :Business Analyst – DTT

Reporting to                      :Lead – DTT

Place of Posting               : Mumbai HO

Job Purpose

Avanse wants to create a digitally agile company which can leverage technology to offer the best to the customers across various segments and institutionalize various digital channels to source the business. In order to meet the above objective company has created the Digital Transformation Team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Detailed requirement gathering to be done with business to ensure all points get covered in detail
  • All integrations to be completed within predefined timelines
  • On time project delivery
  • Bug free production delivery
  • Detailed UAT to be completed with all checks in place on integrations
  • Ensure adequate training is conducted for the end user
  • Provide post production support for the initial period

Key Responsibilities

  • Discuss detailed requirements with the business user (Multiple sessions)
  • Discuss the requirements with the partner (Multiple sessions)
  • Create project plan
  • Ensure that the project is executed as per the project plan
  • Ensure involvement of various stakeholders as per requirement
  • Meetings with partner to check on the development
  • Conduct UAT as per delivery scoped
  • Conduct UAT sessions for users (Multiple sessions)
  • Defect tracking the UAT to ensure defect free system
  • Get signoff from business users on the UAT
  • Ensure deployment in production is done by partner as per planned
  • Plan the training of the end users
  • Support on production issues if any and hand holding the end users
  • Circulate project status reports to the teams
  • Create project status PPTs for the steering committee meetings and updates to management

Required Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in IT team of a NBFC or Bank or IT company
  • Must have extensively worked on business analysis, worked on digital projects.
