Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Job Summary: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall recruitment process within the organization. This strategic role involves developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, overseeing the entire recruitment life cycle, and ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. The Recruitment Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the workforce, promoting employer branding, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Strategic Planning:-

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.

· Collaborate with the senior management team to understand workforce requirements and devise long-term recruitment plans.

  1. Team Leadership:-

· Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, sourcers, and other recruitment professionals.

· Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance the team’s effectiveness.

  1. Talent Acquisition:-

· Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  1. Employer Branding:-

· Develop and promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.

· Implement strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

  1. Recruitment Technology:

· Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes.

· Ensure the effective use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  1. Metrics and Reporting:-

· Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment function.

· Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on recruitment metrics.

  1. Compliance:-

· Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

· Develop and enforce recruitment policies and procedures.

  1. Candidate Experience:-

· Focus on delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

· Implement initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

· Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.

· Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making.
