Position :- Sr Manager/Manager – Strategic Initiatives
Location:- Mumbai/Pune
Job Description-:
Role Contour:
- Support in managing strategic partnerships & alliances for Protean along with identification of new opportunities for inorganic growth through investments in startups or via mergers and acquisitions.
Accountabilities:
- Identify, define and scope high impact strategic initiatives from time to time: with an objective to expedite growth and improve business performance.
- Managing product lifecycle from conceptualization to sunset, ensuring achievement of KPI’s on releases schedules, consumer engagement & satisfaction
- Create a best-in-class customer success engine to maximize business impact for clients.
- Building a verticalized GTM & product offering
- Build a framework and blueprint for strategic partnerships.
- Help to maintain relationships with technology / platform / product / service partners and identify mutual synergies with Protean to collaborate further and enter into strategic MOUs.
- Support strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth with Partnerships
- Help to manage the operational aspects of partnerships & alliances (appropriate communications, coordination of activities, handling partner concerns, solving business problems and negotiations)
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of inorganic growth by leading business case development, identification of potential opportunities and driving to closure
- Maintain relationships with key industry players and potential partners/targets.
- Help to implement M&A process and governance structure for investment cycles
- Help to identify, assess, build business cases for and execute profitable strategic investment opportunities & partnerships and prospect potential partners/ targets for inorganic growth.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+yrs of work experience in similar roles.. MBA preferred
- Experienced in evaluating and managing strategic investments and strategic technology partnerships and/or channel relationships.
- Investment banking experience or setting up / working for an AIF would be an additional advantage.
